August 23, 2025 The Vegas Knighthawks sealed the deal. New Team. Second Year. Franchise records. Another Championship. I manifested that the City of Henderson would be champions. Thank God it came true.

Now we dive into the “Off-Season” but the work never stops! I recently was promoted to a Performance Coach at my job, Project Wellbeing. Project Wellbeing is a relatively new luxury wellness facility. Project Wellbeing bridges the gap between Performance and Recovery, offering Personal Training, Physical Therapy, and a plethora of Recovery Modalities! A true one stop shop for peak Human Performance. If anyone reading this is trying to get ahead of their New Years Resolution… give Project Wellbeing a call and ask for “Coach Q.”

While I’m turning people into beasts at Project Wellbeing, I am also keeping myself in shape training with the best, Tysson Poots! Former AFL Champion and Former Dallas Cowboy, Poots has been turning me into a monster for the past 2 years! I’m super blessed to have the relationship that I’ve created with him! Whether he is being my therapist, or making me question if football is worth it… he has played a major role in my development as a man. The work never stops. There is ALWAYS someone out there getting better RIGHT NOW! You can’t afford to fall behind.

What is Q going to do next year? The Million Dollar Question. And that’s only an answer time can tell. There are many options on the table, so many different routes. Some propositions sound like everything I’ve ever wanted, some… not so appealing. I’ll have my talks with the man upstairs, and my closest friends when the time comes. Either way, I’m blessed! Shoutout to y’all! My village! God! And anyone who has ever doubted you! (Yeah you. The person reading this right now.) Because why would they ever doubt your greatness?
